An outstanding clinical success II
Dr. Pongpiroj, an implantologist and our client, gave us compliments on our works and shared some impressive photos from his chairside. The first case was anterior restorations on teeth 12-22, consisted of three crowns and one implant restoration. He used Bicon system, the unique short implant for this case. Four zirconia restorations were fabricated from our Zirkonzahn CAD-CAM system.
The second case was implant restoration on teeth 16. He also used Bicon implant system for this case. The restoration was created from composite on particular abutment of Bicon system. The remarkable thing was he could finish prosthesis installation within two minutes! The patient was very satisfied with the perfect result.
We would like to give thanks to Dr. Pongpiroj for his generosity and his professional practice. We was so encouraged by his complements and sharing of these cases.

We are now ISO 13485:2008 certified!
On 18th January 2013, we were officially certified for ISO 13485:2003 and EN ISO 13485:2012, Quality Management Standard for Medical Devices, by SGS, one of the most trusted certified body worldwide. After 6 months of preparation, all of our staff are very happy to be certified ISO 13485 from SGS. It is special new-year start for us and it is our big step in quality management system.
ISO 13485 is the particular Quality Management Standard for medical devices, so you can be confident that the essential requirements for medical devices are met such as safety, hygiene and continuous effectiveness. Though we have been ISO 9001 certified since 2004, we are sure that ISO 13485 can bring about supreme customers’ satisfaction. No more worries about cross contamination because now we disinfect 100% of incoming dental models and impressions with EPA-registered disinfectant and control potential source of biological burden along the manufacturing process. Another example of changes is longer production-related records retention time from two years to five years. This means all information is fully traceable, and complete details of the production of the dental prostheses are provided. We also have verification of purchased raw materials to make sure that each product lot reach its desired quality and its standard.

An outstanding clinical success
Recently, Dr. Tantasuvannalert, a dentist and our client, sent these two exciting photos to us from the clinic, taken by his iPad. He shared a successful case of Empress Esthetic veneer facing which resulted from our good collaboration. The unique characteristics of Empress Esthetics ingot gave amazing results by covering all of the discoloration of the anterior teeth. Abnormal teeth alignment and angulation were also fixed in our lab into an impressive smile.
Thanks again to Dr. Tantasuvannalert for his well-planned treatment and his generous sharing. If you have one (or more) impressive success, please share the cases to us. We are more than happy to show our successful collaboration.

Welcome to our new website! We hope you enjoy navigating through our brand new contents and images. Please let us know if you face any problem in our new site or just what you think it should have!
We are now moving forward in many ways, not just new-looking website, in order to create ultimate customers’ satisfaction. After certified for ISO 9001 since 2004, we are being trained for (EN) ISO 13485, particular total quality management for medical devices. The program is supposed to finish in August.
We also have technological advancement for Zirconia materials. Our Zirconia CAD|CAM milling technology, ZirkonZahn, is one of the most preciesd system. In the past year, the number of Zirconia cases sent to us growed dramatically. The exciting full-anatomical Zirconia (FZ) has become a very competitive choice for posterior restorations. You can see the example of FZ restoration in all-ceramics showcases.
